ScaleTickets provides an entry system for farmers record their scale ticket information
into FarmWin or its own database. Further, the ScaleTicket allows farmers to track the field
or origination, final storage location, deductions, splits among landlords and operators, and
credits the appropriate Outside Resources account, if necessary.
ScaleTickets is currently under development; the feature list includes:
- Record the following:
1. Gross weight and net weight
2. Quality specifications
3. Net after quality adjustments weight
4. Field derived from
5. Farm Derived from
6. FSA number derived from
7. Driver
8. Multiple owners names
9. Shares of each multiple owner
10. Operator
11. Operator Shares
12. Calculate how much production goes to each owner and operator based upon each owners' shares
13. List deductions
- Store info to each field in FarmWin
- If sold, make entry into Outside Resources account of FarmWin
- Produce reports which can be viewed by field, or by owner, or by farm
- Reports will be available in the following areas: Storage Report, Field Report,
Operator Report, Landlord Report, Seed Yield, Storage Destination
- Allow users to go back and forth at will to access previous year's information
- Allow users to export any report data to common spreadsheet formats
- Use FarmWin land category types to retrieve field attribute information
- Use FarmWin building types to retrieve storage location attribute information
- ScaleTickets will not be dependant upon FarmWin for this information; if info is not
available from FarmWin, it allows users to enter the info direct into ScaleTickets, where
it will be stored.
